Cullen has been employed with BFA for 3 years after internships with the company. He received his Civil Engineering Degree (BS) from Missouri University of Science and Technology. He has provided design work on many projects and has worked with municipalities and DOTs obtaining permit approvals. Cullen has completed multiple storm water and water quality design features for projects located within the jurisdiction of the Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. He has also managed projects through all stages of design and permitting.
