EXPERIENCE

Wes has been with BFA for over 9 years. His primary roles at BFA are project coordinator, negotiating/gaining permit approvals and agreements as well as business development. Along with National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permits for land disturbance and stormwater projects in numerous states, he has been involved in obtaining approvals and agreements from Union Pacific Railroad (for Bridge replacement projects); Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad (for Bridge replacement projects), US Army Corp of Engineers (Section 404 Permits), Missouri Department of Natural Resources (Section 401 Water Quality Certification), Missouri Department of Conservation (Heritage Reviews), and the State Historic Preservation Office (Section 106 Clearance). Wes also, regularly attends City Council meetings and other coordination meetings on behalf of our clients. He is a member of Missouri American Public Works Association and serves this group as a State Director for Education & Training.
