Angelica has been with BFA since 2020 and has experience working with colleagues, utility companies, municipalities, and other local, state, and federal agencies. This includes, but is not limited to federal, state, and local permitting authorities, such as the Missouri Department of Transportation, US Army Corps of Engineers, and Missouri Department of Natural Resources. She has worked on projects involving civil municipal design, utility coordination, easements, ADA Compliance, TAP grants, sidewalk, roadway, & stormwater design. Angelica has experience preparing bid documents, plans, specifications, and construction estimates.
