Relevant Experience: Jennifer has over 12 years of managing public works projects. Projects include alternate transportation, lighting, sustainability, solid waste, stormwater, streetscapes, parks, and sidewalk/roadway improvements.  Project Management responsibilities include the planning, design, and construction phases, as well as consultant selection, contract negotiations, and budgeting of projects.  Jennifer has experience writing grants and securing project funding, as well as working with colleagues, consultants, contractors, utility companies, municipalities, and other local, state, and federal agencies. Jennifer is also the Plastic Waste Reduction Manager for the Mississippi River Cities and Towns Initiative (MRCTI) focused on reducing plastic waste along the Mississippi River Corridor.
