Mr. Oetterer has numerous years of experience in the surveying field, with 5 of those years being with BFA. Mike currently leads our drone program to successfully utilize and train other operators to pilot our drones for 3D mapping, land surveys, photogrammetry, and topographic surveying. Mike is essential to our onboarding team and assists with teaching new hires and interns how to properly use Autodesk and handle surveying equipment.  The majority of Mike’s projects currently include pavement repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance for the Walmart PCI Program.
