Mr. Frankenberg has over 40 years of civil engineering experience. He has been the President of BFA since 2004. During that time, he has continued supervising projects, as well as obtaining a National Certificate in Floodplain Management, a Certificate in Erosion and Sediment Control, and a Certificate as a Certified Erosion, Sediment, & Stormwater Inspector. Prior to leading BFA, Ray was a Project Manager, designing and supervising civil engineering projects of all types, including shopping centers, streets, pedestrian walks and trails, storm and sanitary sewers, bridges, waterlines, entrances, dams, grading, and parking lots.
