ROW Surveys are usually needed for projects in which property or easements need to be acquired. Particularly, if involving Federal Project dollars, such as is the case with MoDOT LPA projects.
A Right-of-Way Plan Contains the Following Information
- Land Survey Lines (i.e. Quarter Section Lines) and Property Lines
- Parcel Identification Numbers
- Names of Property Owners
- Existing Easements (such as utility corridors) and Right-of-Way
- Proposed Easement and Right-of-Way (for development projects)
